Rebel Hearts & Paws - Pet Services is run by Kuta Thompson. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. In short: it's used only to look after your pet and run the business, and it's never sold.
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share, such as your phone number, your pet's details, the service you're interested in and your message.
- When you book care: your name, contact details, the dates and times of visits, and the details on your invoices.
- Photos and reviews shown on this website are only posted with the family's permission.
How it's used
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a meet & greet.
- To schedule visits and send you invoices by email.
- To keep basic records of the care provided.
We don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and this website has no advertising or tracking cookies.
Services that help run this website
Your information is handled only by the services the website needs to work:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores its photos.
- Turso stores inquiries, invoices and website content.
- Resend delivers emails such as invoices and inquiry notifications.
- Google lets the owner sign in to the private portal and adds visits to the business calendar. Visitors to this website never sign in with Google.
Cookies
The public website doesn't use cookies. The owner's private portal uses a single sign-in cookie to keep them logged in.
How long it's kept, and your choices
Information is kept only as long as it's needed for your pet's care and for business records. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time: contact RHPPServices@gmail.com or (785) 819-4702.
