About this website

This website shares information about our pet care services and lets you get in touch. Services, prices and availability shown here are a general guide and can change. Nothing on the website is a booking until we've confirmed it with you directly.

Inquiries and bookings

• Sending an inquiry doesn't commit you or us to anything. We'll reply to talk through your pet's needs.
• New clients usually start with a meet & greet before care begins.
• The details of your care, including dates, visit times and price, are confirmed with you and set out on your invoice.
• Please give us accurate, up-to-date information about your pet, including health, behavior and any special needs.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are sent by email. Payment is due as agreed with you and as shown on the invoice. If anything on an invoice looks wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Photos and reviews

Photos of pets and families and the reviews shown on this website are shared with permission. If you'd like a photo or review of yours removed, contact us and we'll take it down.
